Things have changed. It's like you're continually circling the pond, making decisions which take forever. It's as if you're having the same conversation every day. Worse, even when you do finally take a decision it is a gamble as to when it is going to be put into practice.

There are a lot of reasons why growing businesses encounter this obstacle of ineffective and inefficient decisions, and the majority of them have to do with do with increased complexity. The two primary factors to consider arefirstly, that you're not alone, and secondly, it's imperative you push through this dangerous stage swiftly and regain your sure-footedness.

Know that anecdotes aren't the same as the truth.

In a small business Anecdotes are a good way to gauge the quality of data. Whatever you experience is usually an accurate reflection of how things are.
